Why is the program “Struggle Free?” What makes it unlike other coaching or energy healing? Because life—having what you want—and even transformational work--doesn't have to be a struggle,I make this program super easy to participate in…even if you're a busy person! That's because I shift your energy from a distance. That's right! You don't have to go anywhere,call in on the phone or be meditating and focusing at any particular time (I usually do the sessions at night). What DO you do? It's simple: write down what you want to manifest, according to the guidelines I provide, and of course, make sure to register. By registering you are telling me "Include me in the shift!" What am I doing for you? I do a Resonance Repatterning session each day for 5 days—that's a whole lot of energy clearing in a short time so it will definitely get you unstuck and create forward movement. To deepen your understanding and help you make sense of your experiences, I send you the session notes and any positive actions (homework). I'm not just sitting and meditating, praying or sending you light. I am actually leading complex, comprehensive Resonance Repatterning distance (proxy) sessions where we identify the subconscious beliefs that block you—and clear them! Transformation E-Z: Get full benefits of the program, no matter how busy you are. Even if you don't focus on the sessions or read the notes until later, it will work for you. Convenient transformation: when is the last time you saw those words in the same sentence? To participate in the program takes about an hour to hour and a half. That's really all it takes, and at this level you'll find the sessions plenty powerful and the whole experience quite rich. I do 95.6% of the work for you! You can also choose to enrich the journey and accelerate your manifesting further with journaling and self-discovery, or if you want to work more in depth on your personal situation, you may take a private session with me at the special Joyful Manifesting Discounted fee.
Q. What is this program and how does it work? A. All sessions are done by proxy—at a distance. You do a small amount of advance preparation (5-10 minutes, done at your convenience). That's all YOU do. I do the session and most of the "work" for you. You don't have to go anywhere, call in to a bridge line. You can be sleeping, eating, working or even be out playing with a friend! There are OPTIONAL ways of being more actively involved too. Q. What actually happens once I tell you to proxy me in? A. I do the session, following the steps of the repatterning process, and include your intentions and issues in the session. I will provide session highlights so you know what came up in the session. I tell you if there is any positive action (homework). After you complete the positive action, all you have to do is relax and stay open as powerful new insights and wonderful manifestations appear in your life. Q. I really don't have to do anything while the session happens? A Truly, you don't. More time to do other things while the energy shifts are done for you. That's the beauty of sessions by proxy. Q. I like to be actively involved. Is there a way to do this? A. Yes. I will provide some instructions to you so you can participate more actively. This includes some advance set-up work (no more than 10 minutes up to a half hour), and some energy work (I guide you) during the 5 day journey. The advance set up work should be done before the series begins. Q. How can it work if I'm not consciously aware while it's happening? A. This is energy work—done in the energy "field". This "field" is the place of consciousness and causation—the basis of everything tangible, according to quantum physics AND the ancient wisdom of India. Most of the changes will take place in the subconscious mind—beneath our conscious awareness. Believe it or not, your mind does not have to be involved with the process. All you do up front is to set a clear intention and give permission to be included. You do that by signing up! Q. I'm new to all this—would proxy work for me? A. Proxy sessions will always have a positive impact on you. So, the session WILL work ON you. And it's perfectly okay to be a little skeptical too—you don't have to believe it to get the benefits. But I'd also like the proxy session to work FOR you. So if you are brand new to repatterning, I recommend that if you are new to repatterning—and want to get a better sense of how it works, don't have your first session by proxy. Try to get on one of my free monthly calls or set up a private session with me first. Q. What if I know about energy work or am highly intuitive? A. If you're new to repatterning but "get" energy work, or are intuitive, sure, go ahead and proxy in. And stay tuned for the shift!
