This unique workshop is a collaboration of Vicky Mulligan and Ellen Shapiro, both experienced group facilitators. It's designed for self-discovery and changing your patterns around eating, food, nurturance and addiction. Vicky will teach from the archetypal perspective, based on the work of Dr. Caroline Myss (see also www.colorenlight.com), and Ellen will guide the group through the transformative process of Resonance Repatterning.
